Activation and balances
We may reward registration and play with bonus money for achievements. Our general bonus maximum is up to 1 000 EUR/60 000 RUB, and we may set limits on the amount received on activation. Bonuses must be activated before receipt and cannot be exchanged for compensation.
Your total balance combines main funds and bonus funds, and bets are deducted from that combined amount. Winnings also enter the total balance and remain unavailable for withdrawal until the active bonus is fully wagered. Completion moves the bonus into your main balance, making available funds eligible for withdrawal subject to our withdrawal conditions. Bonus wagering conditions are annulled when your balance reaches 5 RUB/0.2 EUR.
Several bonus types may appear in your profile, but only one can be active. An available bonus awaits activation in your profile. Once activated, it awaits a deposit or, for a no deposit bonus, has already been credited. Pending wagering means play is still required. Wagered means the requirements are complete, while cancelled means you or our support service cancelled it. You can activate another bonus after the previous one is wagered or cancelled, but not while it is pending wagering.
Qualifying play
Some games contribute less towards bonus wagering or do not contribute. Table games, including roulette, Sic Bo and baccarat, and video poker do not count. Space Plinko by Veliplay has a bonus wagering rate of 0.1.
Our maximum qualifying bet, including a bonus purchase or additional rounds, is 150 RUB/2 EUR. With an active bonus, exceeding this amount in one bet or purchase is prohibited and may be treated as bonus misuse, with winnings obtained through that method confiscated. The applicable bet percentage may vary by bonus.
Each wagering bet is capped at 20% of the bonus amount. A bet of 20% or more of the bonus amount does not count towards wagering and places the bonus wagering status under review, so a bet at the exact ceiling does not count.

Bonus conduct

Delaying game rounds, free spins or bonus games is prohibited. If we detect delayed rounds, we may block the account and confiscate all funds. Bet types
A single covers one selection, with potential return calculated as stake multiplied by its odds. A multiple combines selections that must all win, using their multiplied odds and your stake to calculate potential returns. A double has 2 selections, a treble has 3, and fourfolds and fivefolds have 4 and 5 respectively. Displayed multiple winnings assume every selection wins. System bets combine selections differently and can return funds even when some selections lose, depending on the winning combinations and their odds.
Bet acceptance
We honour bets placed through our official channels and may refuse all or part of a bet. Validity requires a unique bet receipt. If you are unsure whether a bet is valid, use your account history or contact our helpdesk. Outside live events, bets must be placed by the official start or the predetermined cutoff, whichever is earlier. We may void all or part of bets mistakenly accepted after closure or where the outcome could already be known.
You are responsible for understanding the event’s rules and state. Third-party event details, scores and statistics can be delayed or inaccurate and carry no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Official information takes precedence over conflicting displays. We accept no responsibility for direct or indirect losses from reliance on that data or for display and technical errors, and may correct obvious errors, settlements or void bets under our rules.
Live betting and odds changes
We may void incorrectly priced bets caused by delayed live coverage and suspend live betting when transmission is lost or technical issues prevent accurate odds displays. Suspected fraud may also lead to suspension. Deliberate late betting is fraud and leads to confiscation of winnings and possible legal action.
You can accept live odds changes through Odds Settings. Choosing this option allows acceptance despite an odds change at placement, including recorded odds higher or lower than when you selected Place Bet. This setting remains active until you change it, so understand its effect before using it.
Cancellation and voids
You may request cancellation through our support service, effective only when we confirm it, while accepted sportsbook bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless accepted in error.
We return stakes on void bets. In a multiple, a void selection settles at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections stand. If one Bet Builder component is void, the whole bet is void. Voiding can occur before or after settlement.
We may void bets wholly or partly, or withhold payment, for mistaken acceptance, bets taken after a material event before odds update, stale odds during outages or cyber-attacks, known outcomes, criminally manipulated odds or results, or significant changes to event rules or parameters. Collusion, bonus or free-bet abuse, automated betting, another person using the account to profit and arbitrage betting are also grounds.
Other voiding grounds include postponed, abandoned, unplayed or incorrectly listed events, unavailable winning selections, obviously incorrect odds assessed against a consensus of major sportsbooks, live-delay pricing, bets during decisive match actions and bets based on incorrect scores or statistics.
Results and settlement
Specific offer or promotion conditions take priority over sport-specific rules, followed by general sportsbook rules. We may adjust payouts made in error or requiring amendment under those rules.
We settle using results and statistics from the official governing body of the competition or fixture, including podium presentations and medal ceremonies. If official statistics are unavailable or significant evidence shows they are wrong, we use independent evidence. Suspected incorrect results may delay payout during investigation. Displayed third-party results are indicative only, with official results or designated settlement sources taking precedence. A market whose outcome cannot be validated is void. Later official changes or annulments do not alter settlement based on the original result.
A venue change leaves bets standing unless a team’s home venue moves to its opponent’s, or an international match moves to another country. We may void bets where the change significantly affects odds. The left-listed team or player is treated as home, including at neutral venues. Statistical selections use governing-body definitions, and complaints based on personal interpretations are not considered.
An Other selection includes participants not individually listed. Without that selection, we may add participants after initial publication, including at customer request. A non-runner reduction may apply if the eventual winner was unavailable. In a two-way dead heat, half the stake applies to the winning selection and half is lost. More tied selections divide the stake proportionally. Disqualification from a later phase takes effect on removal and does not change earlier results.
Postponed and abandoned events
Unless a sport or bet type specifies otherwise, postponed or abandoned events stay open if completed by midnight local time on the day after their scheduled start. Bets outside that period are void. Already determined bets on abandoned events still stand.
Cash Out
Cash Out offers early settlement of all or part of an open bet on selected events at the displayed value, locking in a profit or loss. We cannot guarantee it for all bets at all times and accept no liability for its unavailability. Free-bet access is discretionary, and we may suspend or disable the feature at any time.
A successful Cash Out displays confirmation, records the transaction in Transaction History and credits your balance. Full settlement ends the bet’s exposure to later events. Partial settlement leaves only the open portion affected by subsequent outcomes. Acceptance itself is a bet subject to applicable rules, limits and restrictions. We may reverse a payout for actual or potential errors, including calculation or pricing errors.

Deposits must come from legitimate funds and an account, payment system or bank card in your own name. Do not reverse or deny completed payments. You must compensate us for deposit funds and collection expenses. Withdrawal methods
Withdrawals use the deposit payment method unless we decide otherwise or that system cannot accept payouts. Technical problems may lead to an alternative method being offered. If you deposited through multiple methods, we may split a payout between them under payment-system conditions and anti-money-laundering requirements. MasterCard credit-card deposits are returned through alternative methods because MasterCard regulations prevent us from returning funds to that credit card.
Deposit turnover and charges
Under our AML policy, every deposit requires bets totalling three times the deposit amount before withdrawal. Live Dealers, Video Poker, Tables and Other games require that same turnover, while Live Slots activity does not contribute. For withdrawals of funds not involved in play, we may charge our expense of 20% of the amount withdrawn.

Processing
A withdrawal request may be processed within 36 hours, with typical processing taking 24 to 36 hours and faster processing possible depending on conditions such as uploading documents in advance. We may conduct additional gaming-transaction checks lasting no more than 30 days, and verification of winnings with the game provider may take up to 30 calendar days.
Identity and address verification
Depositing players undergo KYC procedures. We may request identification, a photograph with identification, address evidence and proof that your payment method belongs to you. Payment ownership documents
For Visa or Mastercard verification, provide the front and back of the card with its first six and last four digits visible, the CVV hidden, and the holder’s name and expiry visible. If the card is unnamed, supply a bank statement showing the holder’s name and final card digits. For a virtual card, provide full application-page screenshots with the equivalent masked card details. Revolut verification requires a Card Confirmation statement listing all Revolut cards.
Add only payment methods you use to your profile. All bank cards used for deposits can be uploaded. Documents are processed faster with an active withdrawal request and otherwise in arrival order. Turkish address documents must be renewed when their stated validity expires, often after 1 month. We use your address to establish whether you live in a restricted country.
Your account
Registration and eligibility
Create an account with your email address, real name, birth details, phone number and password. We may request identity documents and suspend access until they are supplied or close the account permanently if you refuse. Identity checks may occur before or after deposits, and breaches of KYC policy may lead to rejected applications or refusal of further service.

Account ownership and inactivity
Register only one account per computer and phone number, and only one across our sites linked to the same legal entity. Duplicate accounts may be frozen or closed, and all duplicate accounts may be blocked with funds confiscated without notice. If loss of access makes you want a replacement account, tell us first and obtain administration permission.
After 180 days without a login, we treat an account as inactive and charge 5 EUR each month while inactivity continues. The fee may change. A balance below that amount is debited in full, and fees stop at zero.
Confirming your contact details
In your profile, select Confirm email and follow the emailed link, looking in Spam if needed. For your phone, enter the number, select Confirm number and submit the SMS code with Confirm. Resend SMS provides another code if needed. Contact support for difficulties. Changes to your name, phone or email also require support and additional verification.
